Bryton Barn is the perfect venue for hosting your wedding or other large event. Indoor & outdoor ceremony spaces plus stunning photo opportunities situated on ten breathtaking acres in the country. We are open April - November for weddings (as well as December for parties only) and currently booking for 2026 & 2027.

Bryton at The Bank

Our smaller venue is available year-round for all your party needs- birthdays, baby showers, graduations & reunions.

Our wedding pricing :

Fridays- $4,000
Saturdays- $5,000
Sundays- $3,000

A deposit of 50% of the rental amount will be due at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due at your planning meeting, which will be conducted approximately 30-days prior to your event.

When renting The Bryton Barn for a wedding and/or reception, you will have access beginning at 9:00 AM. In addition to the main event barn and beautiful outdoor ceremony site, access also includes the spacious bridal suite, groom’s suite, caterer’s prep area, indoor fixed bar, optional moveable bar, parking lot, and all outdoor spaces located within the 10-acre lot.

Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 250 people.

Indoor tables & chairs, as well as outdoor chairs are included for no additional cost.

Table linens are not included, but are available to rent for an additional charge. White linens are the only color option available.

A cleaning fee is required, and is $300.

We do not have in-house or preferred vendors & instead welcome all vendors of your choosing, including alcohol & bar services.

Can I add on a rehearsal for my wedding?

We currently offer two options for rehearsals:

You may add on a 4-hour rehearsal dinner (Monday - Thursday) for the fee of a party rental, which is currently $1,000. These are booked on a first come/ first serve basis, one per evening.

You may add on a 1-hour outdoor only rehearsal (Monday-Thursday), with no access to the inside of the building. The outdoor rehearsal will be followed with a 4-hour rental at our smaller venue, Bryton At The Bank. This rental deal is currently $225.

While it is not required that you have a day-of coordinator, we do highly recommend using one. You’re welcome to bring your own, or check out the packages for our knowledgeable Day-of Wedding Coordinators have.

Our party pricing is as follows:

$225- includes 4 hour rental (additional hours can be added, $50 per hour). Kentucky requires sales tax (6%) to be applied to all venue rentals. This does include setup/cleanup time. Most people will do a 30 minute set up, 3 hour party, and a 30 minute cleanup.
Our venue can accommodate up to 70 people. Indoor tables & chairs are included in your price. We provide you with eight (60in) round tables, 70 chairs, & 5 rectangular (three 8ft & two 6ft) tables.
No glitter or confetti. No puncturing any part of the venue with nails, staples, pushpins. Please only use painters tape on walls.
Your rental includes access to the main event area, food setup area, and prep/kitchen spaces. There are no cooking or warming appliances. You are welcome to bring crockpots/ warmers. We suggest bringing power strips for multiple warmers.
We require a deposit of 50% of the overall total at booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
Each event requires a security/damage deposit of $1,000. This can be held via check or credit card. The payment will ONLY be processed in the event of occurring damages during your event.
Renter is responsible for all cleaning after the event, including trash removal.

Parties at Bryton Barn

In addition to weddings, we also host parties and other events! We would love to host your next bridal/baby shower, banquet, reunion or holiday party.

Party pricing:

$1,000

Our party pricing includes a 4-hour rental with access to the main event barn, caterer’s prep area, and all outdoor spaces. This venue can accommodate up to 250 people. Guest tables & chairs are included, as well as plenty of serving tables.

A deposit of 50% of the rental amount will be due at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due at 30-days prior to your event.

The renter is responsible for all cleaning after the event, including trash removal.

Bryton At The Bank is located inside the historical bank in Crittenden, directly across from the Post Office. Our address is 100 South Main St, Crittenden KY 41030.
